This is by far MUCH better than Flemmings (overpriced 4 times frozen seafood- gross!) and DelFriscos (good food but overpriced for what it is). Some other reviewers were saying this is comparable, but Perry's blows them both out of the water. Every time we have been here it's been over the top fabulous! Danny has always been our server, and he is polite and amazing. They have a seven fingers tall pork chop (seriously. Not even kidding.) that they slice for you and tell you which order to eat. Reservations highly recommended. Great location, service, and quality meals and wine. Always love our experience here!!

I have eaten here twice and am pretty sure I won't be back. The pork chops are the best thing on the menu. Last time had a steak with "seasoned butter" which turned out to be gorgonzola butter, which they don't tell you, and I am allergic to bleu cheese. They took the steak back and what should have been another filet was a tiny strip steak they said was a filet. The first time I ate there the seasoned butter was garlic. The service is pretty good but they seem to go through help. Always new people. There choice of sides is not exciting either. They have some work to do to catch up to Eddie Merlot's, Flemings, Del Frisco, Shanahan and Elways.

I'm giving this a 3 star rating because it's usually much better than it was tonight. My parents are regulars here and the staff is usually incredibly accommodating and kind, but tonight fell below par, particularly when you pay near $400 (with tip) for three people. We ordered a bottle of Brunello de Montecilno for $90 and the wine was not good. While it wasn't bad wine per se, we told the server that it wasn't a good Brunello (watery, little flavor, much too light) and that we would never order it again. He offered to pour it back into the bottle, cork it, and we could take it home. We laughed and said fine if that's all we could do. My dad, who rarely complains, said he'd just drink it (this man is there with clients twice a week) and our server said "great." We ordered two new glasses and about twenty minutes later the manager asked if we were sure that he would just drink the wine? Well, twenty minutes later is a bit late when we were already drinking new wine and he had already been drinking the Brunello so we said not to worry about it, It was fine. Then I ordered a $50 ribeye cooked medium. It came on the cusp of medium/medium well and when I asked if that's what their medium usually looks like the waiter commented that it was definitely the high end of medium and almost medium well. I said okay, I'll just have to order it medium rare next time if thats how they cook their steaks and he said, "okay." For a steakhouse to not cook their steaks perfectly is bad enough, but to take no responsibility or pride when mistakes happen is just stupid and bad business. Now, were these things that ruin a dinner with great company? No, but it says a lot about a genuine lack in customer service, particularly for people who spend so much money here. When you pay these sort of prices, they should ensure that their guests get exactly what they want and not expect the guest to come up with their own solutions to issues a corporate restaurant is capable of handling very quickly and painlessly. Bottom line: a restaurant should deliver the service and quality that they charge for, every single time. With such high prices, this was careless service and is really disappointing. It makes places with similar quality food but considerably better service seem like a no brainer.

We have eaten here twice, mainly because it is easy to get a table. We have not had to wait either time and we didn't have reservations. Both times the filet was insanely salty. So salty it is hard to taste the meat. But I do think based on the texture it is a good cut of meat, it's just all the salt that brought it down for me. Last nite we had the spinach bacon salad, it was so sweet all I could taste was sugar so can't really comment on the salad other than that. I understand some people might like this but I would rather taste the natural food a bit more, it's just not my preference for all that salt and sugar. I was kind of annoyed last nite also that the waitress took our $80 bottle of wine away before it was empty, and when we asked for the untouched $9 Mac and cheese to go, she only wrapped up about a quarter of it. i thought that was a bit odd.

The pork chop is awesome. It's enough for 2 people to eat. When they brought it out I thought they were gonna carve a couple pieces off then leave. But they carve it into 3 sections and leave it all for you to enjoy. Very good, would definitely order this again.

Was very disappointed... We had come here for my mother in laws birthday who lived out of town and upon arrival even after calling ahead and letting them know no mention was made of it when we were seated. That's not even that big of deal but after being seated we waited and waited for the waiter to show up and when he finally did he add very standoffish and did not seem to want to answer any of our questions. After waiting forever to give our order and it finally being taken we asked for some bread but we were told there is no "fresh bread ready at this time." The food came out decently cooked but mine wasn't even warm and my wife's pork chop had more fat than edible meat. We were also brought bread after we had received and almost finished our meal. At this point we were just frustrated and ready to go. We had to wait forever to even get our check and get our payment processed. Very disappointing experience.

As a loyal patron to Del Frisco's, I was a bit skeptical to try a new steakhouse considering how amazing Del Frisco's is but I was pleasantly surprised. The decor is similar to that of Shanahan's, very classy and stylish. I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by Brian. He was so nice and courteous right off the bat and makes a wicked Raspberry Crusto drink. Plus, the GM stopped by every table to personally greet each customer and make sure everything was top notch. That's a big plus in my books. Besides the attentive surface, the food was solid. The oysters were very fresh but my only complaint is that they weren't loosened from the shell prior to being served. The steak was great even though it was a tad salty especially with the bearnaise sauce, which was a bit runny for my liking. The whipped potato purée was fantastic! As for dessert, the peanut butter chocolate bar was quite delicious but very rich, I could only eat about half. Overall, Perry's has great potential to be a top steakhouse in the Denver area. Expensive? Yes, but it's worth it!

Fantastic meal with business associates, great atmosphere, their signature Pork Chop is the best I have EVER had. I was scared to try the Turtle Soup, it was surprisingly good

There is a lot of competition around the area of high-end steak restaurants, and this place falls in the middle of the pack. The atmosphere in the bar was fine, and there was a piano player (if that's your thing). I would have been fine without it. The food was pretty good, but with other options in the same price range, I don't think it compared.

I didn't get to eat here, but I've heard the food is great. Some co-workers and I come here for happy hour with good drink specials and complementary valet. A classy restaurant and bar. Bartenders were sweet and friendly.

Best steaks in the metro area. Great staff and great customer service. Treated a friend to dinner here for their birthday and they went above and beyond an "average" dinner even though nothing about this restaurant is average, it is always beyond exceptional.

Spent so much money for a dinner that didn't wow me. The food here is good, but nothing in particular stands out from the "higher priced" steakhouse category. I tried the pork chop as it was one of their specialties, but was not that impressed.

I don't know what that other reviewer was saying but the beef carpaccio and lobster bisque was on point! Also amazing was the bacon wrapped scallops, escargot, wedge salad with bleu cheese! The fiancée got the cowboy ribeye and it was cooked to perfection and so tasty. We also had some wine and cocktails. Recommendations: old fashion, cucumber blueberry martini, and raspberry crusta. We are obsessed with this place. Our server was also so perfect! Can't wait to go back!

I'm so pleased that Perry's has come to town! This is a first class steakhouse & restaurant. On two occasions I've had the New York Strip & The Famous Pork Chop. I honestly can't decide which is better. The chilled seafood appetizer includes shrimp, lobster tail, amazing oysters & lump crab meat - enough said. I had a $20 glass of Pinot Noir that was worth every penny - just can't remember the name. Service is second to none & they really focus on this. Thanks for coming to Lone Tree Perry's - awesome! Oh & thank you Mr. Tito's Vodka rep for buying me my favorite - dirty martini w/ blue cheese olives

Went to Perry's for their Famous Friday Pork Chop lunch....Wow. Very upscale resturaunt. Decor is very modern and comfortable. Very Professional Staff. Now for the the Chop.... A Three Finger Pork Chop.....served sizzling to your table.....and trimmed..... into the ribs, eyebrow and loin. Served with a plate of whipped mashed potatoes and apple sauce. The Chop is excellent......nice juicy, cooked to perfection. To much for one sitting .....great meal for the next day. Had roasted cauliflower as a side dish.....seasoned nicely. Service was excellent....had a great lunch. Fast becoming well known.

Would love to give this a 5,but won't happen. Beautiful place, polite and knowledge staff, but the filet just didn't make the cut, perhaps it's the rub, just didn't have that crusty crunch that a great steak must have. Scallops, bacon wrapped were a bit gritty, salad was pretty good and the bacon squash was just ok as was the turtle soup. Was hoping for a grand slam, when the place has almost emptied at 8:30pm,not a good sign. Oh well...

A carnivore like me who is a major fan of the cowboy steak will do anything to find a restaurant where they serve one that is worthy to be called my "go to." Why am I nuts for this cowboy? Why is this rib eye called a cowboy steak? No one exactly knows. I found this: A Cowboy Steak is a bone-in rib eye with a raw bone attached (used by cowboys as a handle), usually weighing in at about 2 pounds, making it big enough for even the hungriest cowboy. This robust steak is generously marbled, incredibly juicy and very tender. Perry's is proud to serve USDA-aged Prime beef, butchered in-house and cut fresh to order. Our steaks are finely seasoned with kosher salt, black pepper and topped with herb-garlic butter. That's it! Their steaks are not loaded or covered with sauce. I just love meat served that way! Pretty simple. It came alone but looking oh so juicy. All beautifully covered in the simple three things they put on all their steaks. Kosher salt, black pepper and herb garlic butter. SO the meat is the star and not the annoying sauce. One bite and I know it will be difficult to switch allegiance. We shared their Jumbo Lump Crab cakes and Wine infused mushroom. The former is said to be their most famous starter. Rightfully so. Loaded with crab cakes and was just outstanding in taste! The texture of the outside was crunchy but the inside was fresh. Amazing! The latter was this huge probably shiitake mushrooms that was out of this world good! Awesome portion. Their most famous cocktail is this Cucumber Blueberry Martini. Wow! That was my reaction to my first sip. I kept that reaction on the second order. I wanted to go for a 3rd and would probably go for a 10 if I wanted to. Maybe I should next time. Damn good! ok of course you wanna know whats in it. Here you go: Smirnoff Blueberry vodka is shaken with fresh lime juice, cranberry and diced cucumber. Served straight up. Service was top notch. Our guy was the best at what he does. Very knowledgeable about the dishes. He explained them thoroughly and is very happy to get you what you want. Perry's in Lone Tree is pretty young. Less than two years but I'm guessing is there to stay. They offer valet service if your lady doesn't feel like walking in her heels. Live singer every night. I also took a peek at their HH Menu and I am very interested to go back. I'm already planning a return visit.

I came to Perry's for my boyfriend's birthday dinner and for the most part, had a great experience! Somewhat similar to Shannahan's or Del Frisco's or Flemings' in all aspects of the experience. Nice, rich steakhouse decor, good food, and variety of drinks. Our waitress was overly chatty and did not check on our table as often as I would have expected from this level of a steakhouse, but for the most part, I had a good experience and would come back again for a nice occasion.

A fine steak house down south, it's about time. Well, I am saddened. The hype is greatly overrated. First the positive: the drinks were excellent and the mixologists know their craft. Sadly that is where the good experience stopped. Went for dinner with friends and we're really looking for a solid meal but that never came to fruition. We started with the tower and oysters for appetizers. Sadly the tower was quite mediocre, the shrimp was "stale", the tower was actually a bowl of ice with seafood arranged loosely in it. The dinner was an even larger disappointment: the food was super salty. From the pork chop (texture of which was excellent) to the New York strip to the roasted cauliflower - salt levels were unbearable. The manager came over and graciously explained that the Perry way was to spice the food heavily to enhance the flavor. Although I understand the spice I am puzzled as to the super excessive use of salt.

Best restaurant south of Denver - great to finally gave a strong steakhouse nearby! Long wine list (including splits & half bottles) and good variety of appetizers. The pork chop is massive - split with a friend or plan to take home at least half. The chateaubriand was an off menu special & our favorite. Highly recommended - we will be back!

Perry's makes the best pork chop I've ever had. They also have excellent cocktails and appetizers. I've always had good service there. I've been there a handful of times and they remember me. This is definitely my favorite restaurant in the South Denver suburb area. I just wish they were open for lunch every day.

Me, my wife and son went to Perry's last Saturday night for the first time since it opened a couple months back. Great staff and very nice decor. Comprable to Shannahan's & Flemings'. I had the bone-in New York strip ordered medium rare, but when it came out, it was cooked medium/medium-well. The server promptly brought me out a new steak cooked to my liking (it was delicious). Not only were they extremely sorry for the food not being cooked properly; the manager took care of the cost of my steak. Additionally, they threw in 2 desserts for free. This was an extremely generous gesture that you wouldn't ordinarily get at most places. It definitely made me want to go back in the future as well as write them a review. My wife and son enjoyed their meals very much as well. My only slight negative was that the noise from the bar is felt throughout the entire dining area. they had a singer along with the piano player in the bar which uppped the nosie factor. Having a singer combined with the piano seems like a bit much, but maybe it's just me. All in all a great experience! It's nice to have an upscale steak house this close to Highlands Ranch.

If Del Frisco is a 5, Perry's is a 3.5 or 4. As someone else mentioned, the filet just wasn't a great cut and didn't have a great crust to the outside. Scallops were good, but not great. Brussels sprouts and lava cake were the star of the show for me...which seems silly for a steakhouse. If Perry's were a little cheaper, we'd probably come back. However, since it's priced so similar to Del Frisco, I'll take my money there because the food is exceptional and they always make me feel like the most important guest in their restaurant.

Great Happy Hour pricing! I always sit at the bar, the staff is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. The menu is typical of a top level steakhouse, and the food is very good quality and very tasty. I can hardly wait to go again!

Thought we would try the latest new steakhouse in the area. Perry's really adds a great new twist to steakhouses. The pork chop is a meal extraordinaire. It come out 7 fingers high and then is cut into 3 different flavor portions...the eyelash, the ribs and the tenderloin. 5 stars on the caramelized meat and truly huge. More than 1/2 went home. The escargot were brimming with garlic and butter. The 16 piece polish sausage ap is something to behold and eat. My buddy had a filet with a great crispy finish and tasty garlic butter topping.. Beautiful bar with up lit counter, fireplace and live piano. Friendly service and warm ambiance. Try it. Oh and by the way...the social hour has 6$ Manhattan that are fabulous and the burger with meat group in house will blow your mind are just 8.95 with fries.

Went to Perry's for anniversary dinner. From the time we walked in we were greeted by staff and management and made to feel welcomed. First stop was for Martini at bar and immediately were in awe of the wine selection and decor. Felt very upscale. Great martini and friendly bar staff. Escorted to our table where again we felt special with lit candles and rose petals on the table. Several waiters stopped by to wish us well. Pork chop special was fantastic with just the right amount of rub and spice. Calamari was great and paired well with pickled peppers. Wife had Carpaccio with 3 different sauces and loved it. Overall a great dining experience with great atmosphere and wait staff. A little pricey, but will be back for sure.

5 stars for the food. Our first time at Perrys in Denver. Great Ahi Tuna Tartare appetizer. Perfect way to start our meal. Shared a perfectly cooked 22 oz Cowboy Ribeye with potatoes au gratin and an asparagus side. Food was top notch. Absolutely amazing. 3 stars for the service. Service was almost there, but not matching the decor or the price of the meal, especially on a Saturday night. For $40 plates and $150 tickets, you should feel special. Started the moment we entered. Hostess' entire greeting was done looking down at the computer screen. No smile or eye contact. We were seated promptly and treated well, just no soul to the delivery. Waiter was very nice, and attentive, however, over did the casual conversation and made for awkward moments throughout the meal. Lastly, the gentleman serving the steak from the kitchen forgot a serving fork and ended up having to use his bare fingers to plate the steak after a failed attempt with the knife. Everyone was nice and it did not affect how incredible the meal tasted, just didn't make for the special evening it should have been.

They need to remove all the Salt shakers from the tables because the amount they use while grilling your food enough to fill Salt Lake. The beef Carpaccio was the best I've ever had, great selections of ports to have after a large steak. The atmosphere and the staff were fantastic!

  • Joe C.

Nice atmosphere, music (live) was very classy. Wife had the 8oz Lobster Tail, cooked to perfection. I had the 22oz Cowboy Ribeye without salt and it was perfect. We both agreed entrées were better than Sullivan's and Flemings. Caesar Salad was tasty, Creamed Spinach and Loaded Baked Potato were excellent. For desert we had the chocolate lava cake (too crispy and dry), Flemings was better for desert. Service was excellent. Price was about on par with Sullivan's. Will definitely be going again.

I was in the mood for steak. I'm still in the mood for steak, as Perry's let me down. The bottom line is that when I eat a prime grade steak, I want to taste the steak. What I tasted was lots of salt/pepper and butter. That and my rib-eye had about an 1/8 inch of eye. Not sure who they were saving the center cut rib-eye for, but it wasn't me. Not sure I would have tasted it anyway (see above). Don't think I'll be back.

Been going here since Day 1. Service is on par with Shannahans. Food very good, try their signature dish the smoked pork chop. It is huge!! And very good. Bartenders are very good. Managers are the best at any bar. Very professional. They usually have 2-3 managers which is really what keeps it at top of the list. Awesome happy Hour! Sunday Happy Hour is all day!! Piano Bar is unique and entertaining..

My wife and I went to Perry's to celebrate our birthdays. Everything (service, drinks, entrees, and dessert) were fantastic. I strongly recommend you order the Pork Chop as that is carved at the table and one of their signature dishes. While they have an extensive wine list, I also recommend you request their cocktail menu since they have a wide selection of cocktails and I personally believe it is the best Margarita I've ever had. It is a pricey establishment, but it is worth every penny as the portions were all good sized. If you are looking for a romantic location for a date night or just looking for a good location for a business dinner, you can't go wrong with Perry's!

First off - The Positives The atmosphere is great and the service is quite good too. Our server kept our drinks full and made sure that everything was top notch. As for their food --- Perry's has a great select of sides that you and group can share. Infact, I might be tempted to just order their sides as they were meals in themselves -- the Mac & Cheese & Creamed Spinach were the best! And for dessert --- I recommend the "Trio" as you get a little bit of everything (especially the chocolate truffle). The Opportunities For a high-end steak place i was expecting the same quality that I would get from a "Del's" or similar. Unfortunately, my filet was a bit too salty and just didn't compare to what I paid. That said, I did try a little bit of the chicken and it was very good. Overall a good place. TIP: Their lunch menu prices seem pretty reasonable.

Finally, a fine steak dining experience down south! What a treat. I'll start by saying that the cocktails and martinis were outstanding, some of the best I've ever had. The mixologists really know what they're doing, and its worth the money. (Though happy hour has some great deals!!) The escargot is unbelievable scrumptious, and though I do not eat steak myself, I heard from my tablemates that it was phenomenal. The chicken Oscar was delish as well, something I would definitely order again. I found that my most enjoyable experiences at Perry's have been sitting at the bar top during happy hour with a martini and live music. The bartenders are pleasant and the atmosphere is to die for. I will definitely be going back again and again!

This place a classy restaurant. I was taken here for my birthday and everything was just excellent. They allowed us to taste some wine before we bought a glass and they had a birthday desert tray on the house. The New York Strip was class A and so was the baked potato. Both were cooked to perfection and I would recommend this place to anyone, but remember you won't get out of there for less than $100. However, it is worth the money spent.

First of all, I was offended that anyone would think we need another steakhouse along the I-25 corridor. But we gave them 6 months to get their feet under them and off we went. Arriving early, we had the waiters full and undivided attention. Too much so. When we said we hadn't been there before, he apparently took it that we either didn't get out much, or we just drove in from the boonies. Neither could be further from the truth. He over explained the menu ad nauseum. He interrupted us quite often to either add more info, see if we had questions, etc. Hats off to Shelby who had the GM stop by to make sure everything was top notch. We never saw him/her. We did end up deciding on our orders. Two of us shared the 12 oz filet and the othe two shared the Chateaubriand. The Spinach salad was a nice change on the menu (brought back from years ago) and it was delicious. Quite enough for two to share. The Lobster Bisque was exquisite! Highly recommended. The steaks and sides were very good as well, but not better or worse that their competitors. My first MAJOR issue was the gentleman who came to hand carve the Chateau did so with a latex glove on. Absolutely no excuse for this and very unappetizing. He then brought a slice of Chateau to my husband in his gloved hand and asked if it was appropriately cooked. Looked like he came directly from the operating room! The wine list was extensive, but hosted quite a few wines we weren't famiilar with which was unfortuntate. Also their wine prices that we did recognize were easily 300% increase to retail! That type of profit is just greed. Lastly, we ordered bananas foster. This dessert my husband began making tableside in his restaurant days 30 years ago. Perry's version was dismal. It was made way too fast, which left no carmelizing, no sauce to melt the ice cream and the bananas weren't cooked. I don't know if this the restaurant's recipe or the tableside cook/chef was hurried or rushed. We let waiter know it wasn't acceptable and he quickly offered to take it off the bill. That was nice, but an offer to make it right might have helped. Instead, he left the unacceptable dish on our table for the rest of the evening. This would have been a great time to see the GM or evening manager. So for now, I'll remain a Del Frisco's/Shanahan's/Elways fan. No real need to head back to Perry's I have had the same or better. Pay attention to the details, Perry's. It is ultimately what will set you apart....not the steaks. Seems everyone has perfected those.

I am from Dallas and expected the experience to be similar. Didn't quite hit the mark. The food was good but not great. My husband had a great dessert. I ordered my favorite, bananas foster, but it was not done well. I love this dessert and against my husband's judgement thought it might be good. Not enough sauce and bananas not cut properly. The steaks and sides were good though and the service was great.

Atmosphere was good however the food was far from expectations. Steaks (Filets) were very fatty, served cool like they had been sitting for a while. The sides were average, highlight being the puréed mash potatoes. Overall not impressed and no plans to go back. Will stick with Capital Grille, Del Friscos or Elways for a quality steak.

I've been in Denver for the past 2 weeks visiting family and we had steaks at Perry's, Shanahan's, and Capital Grille. Perry's had the best service and we were seated promptly on a Friday night. Drinks were good but the dirty martini could have been dirtier. I ordered a medium peppercorn NY strip that was more like medium well. Taste was ok. As far as the sides I enjoyed the macaroni and cheese and the spinach salad with apples and pecans was amazing. Dessert was great, I recommend the bread pudding. Nice ambiance and decor. I enjoyed the live piano. Valet was prompt. I will come back again after they have been open longer.

Should have named it "Pepper" Decided to give this place a shot as it is closer to home. We usually head downtown for steak at one of two places not to be named here. It was our Anniversary and we arrived to a nice table with rose petals. Nice touch and the way to start the night. Server took a while to greet us. Asked for a drink menu and he forgot to bring it. 5 or more minutes later he asked for drinks and we reminded him of the menu. Didn't get drinks until 15 minutes into sitting down. Salad came out and we almost chocked on how much pepper it had. I wished I would have snapped a pic but I figured it was a slip of the hand. Today I still have the pepper taste in my mouth. I love pepper but this was crazy. We order a bone in New York and a no bone NY. We ordered them medium plus. They both came out Med rare. We ordered au Gratin potatoes and yet again a ton of pepper. This I took a picture of. Steak was just ok and nothing like our two favorites downtown. Waiter was slow and just passible service. Not what you expect when spending over 200 on a dinner. Wont be back. This one is going to stick in my head for a ling time. The night Pepper won!

Great things in life only come once in a while and when those great things come along you have to hold on. Now I've not seen a lot of greatness but I found it at Perrys in just 3 little words - Pork Chop Friday's

Had the Tuna Tartare and the Chateaubriand. Thought the food was excellent. The service/management was mediocre from the moment I walked in the door, not being greeted, etc. Seemed like a lack of customer service training for the staff throughout the entire experience. The restaurant was completely dead and this may have lead to some things being out of sync. Certainly not on point like Shanahans, Del Friscos, etc. I liked the environment but doubt I will be back for dinner any time soon.

I haven't been for a full meal yet, but having some martini's and appetizers in the lounge has proved incredibly enjoyable. The drinks are delicious and well made with a quality selection of liquor. The ambiance is relaxing, especially with the wonderful live music. All of the appetizers I have tried have been incredible, namely the smoked salmon. Service has been good, though the last time I was there for girls night, I really found our server to be excessively snooty. Glad to have this place nearby, and will be going back.

The drinks were good and the atmosphere was fine. Sadly, the service was mediocre. If you are coming to Perrys to enjoy yourself, you might want to try a different place. Had great expectations but will not be coming back!

Great steak and drinks. They have a great atmosphere that competes with any of the top end steak places in town. Their bar tenders are attentive and on their game. The food is excellent with one of the best steaks in town, both in flavor and cooking composition. Their sirloin chili is a hidden gem on their menu and worth trying. The several times eating here have eclipsed Del Frisco's and others. A welcome new addition.

Was the first time we visited this place. Date night! Very charming atmosphere, waiter was good, but, the place was empty so he kept visiting our table, over and over again. The food was awesome, the whipped mashed potatoes I ordered were amazing. The pork chop my hubby ordered was great! We will be back to try different items on other date nights for sure! To pricy to bring the kids, but great food!

Had dinner for the 2nd time at Perry's on a Friday night and liked it. Good food, good service and atmosphere. They had a singer in the bar and with the Friday night crowd it was too loud even in the dining room. If the dining room would be quieter, this place would be perfect. My only criticism is that I ordered the special, Chateaubriand - to be carved tableside. That was fine, but when the waiter carved it, he put on cream colored rubber gloves (like doctors use) to handle the meat for slicing. Couldn't the waiter's be trained to use a meat fork instead of having to use the gloves? I saw him do this at another table too and you should have seen the looks on the patrons. Nothing like getting your meat man-handled!

Went there for the Beef Carpaccio and Lobster Bisque. Both were extremely salty! The ladies sitting next to me got a salad. Extremely salty! I was a little disappointed that, instead of not charging me for the food, they took a drink off my tab. Not because I was trying to get out of paying, but because the food was pretty bad. That being said, as pointed out to me by the gentleman on the other side of me, the beef was very fresh. The truffle oil used on top was nice. the Arugula was fresh. But, man, i don't know what they do in Texas, but you gotta cut back on the salt. That all being said, I will go back one more time to try the bread pudding. I'm a sucker for bread pudding.

Decided to go out on a date and remembered seeing Perry's the week prior. The calamari is by far the best calamari I've ever had. The steaks all came out perfect and tasted amazing. Service exceeded any other restaurant I've ever been too. Would recommend this place to everyone I know and will be back in the near future

Nice atmosphere, everything was delicious except for the steak....which unfortunately, is the whole point of going there. For a $50 steak I expect a great cut cooked perfectly. What I received was an enourmous piece of under-cooked fat. My wife's was a decent cut, but over-cooked. In addition, our server was not great. Go to Del Frisco's or Mortons instead.

Went with friends and had a wonderful night! Every aspect of the dinner was perfect. My friend and I love to eat steak and this was the best we have found in Denver. I had the bone in ribeye and it came out perfect. The seasoning on the steak was absolutely fantastic!! Highly recommend you give them a try.

We went there this past Saturday night. A pretty place and food attractively served and generous. Quality overall was just good, however. Drinks were excellent. Noise factor was somewhat of an issue, especially after the live entertainment started. The problem was our experience with the staff. The phone confirming the reservation and the host staff both seemed to make it clear we were lucky they to be there. Somewhat of a haughty attitude. Jacqueline, our waitress, was out of her league in this restaurant. Same attitude too. A guy appearing to be a manger chatting with a server on our way out was very genuine and appreciative. The restaurant needs more people with that attitude. I've dined at most Denver restaurant at this price point and with this bill of fare. With the exception of Del Frisco's most of them are better than Perry's.

The first two times were great, that last two times not good!! Their valentines dinner was awful!! Everything was so salty you could barely eat it. The salad was drenched in dressing, we had to send it back. The only sides they offered with meal where cold gluey mashed potatoes, and tasteless veggies! Aside from that the steaks where great a little salty but cooked to order. You couldn't even order peppercorn sauce for steak not available on Night. They made good and didn't charge us for our bottle of wine, but we will not go back! Will stick with del friscos, and elways !

This restaraunt is amazing! They accommodated all if my allergies (gluten, dairy, soy). It has an inviting atmosphere and a spectacular menu! It is well worth dressing up a little bit for the one of a kind drinks and a pork chop that told me to my happy place! I've never had a meat so delicious ever! Sit back and enjoy the fine drinking experience!!!

Got the Perry's special pork chop and was extremely disappointed. Fatty outside and dry as a bone throughout. A good steakhouse so stay w the steaks. Not Delfriscos quality but good. Wait staff was excellent but Wish I had a better food experience.

Service was very good and ambience. the crab cake appetizer was very very good and wine selection was decent but was very disappointed with the pork chop, carpaccio and with the lobster bisque soup. The pork chop is very massive it's definitely a meal for two but you can eat it alone. Coolest part is they will cut it at your table side and tell you which bikes to take first. The first bites are excellent the pork chop itself is a little dry but the ribs are on par . The carpaccio while the beef tasted good it could have tasted much better had they not over salted and over peppered the entire dish. The lobster bisque did not have that many lump pieces of lobster in it and was very over buttered. I think the trend lately in steakhouses is to over salt and over butter just about everything, if that is what your taste is then you'll like this steak house just like the many others in the Denver area.

Overpriced for what you get. The food was average and for those prices you are better off at Dels. The tuna appetizer was small and just ok. Same with the steak salad. Small amount of steak and the salad was too salty. Our server had no clue about the wine or menu and had to go ask the kitchen when asked to describe anything. Wouldn't go back.

I went to Perry's for Mother's Day and could not have had a worse experience. The drinks and the salads were good. Our meals, however, were a different story. after waiting for our meal for an hour, we were told that they were out of Seabass. We said, fine, do not replace, so one hour and a half after ordering, our food shows up and it is all over cooked. Medium rare turns up as well. THIS IS A STAKEHOUSE! this is what they are supposed to and do well. After we sent our food back, we waited for another 40 minutes when we informed by the manager that they sent our "recooks" to the wrong table. the manager told the kitchen to cancel our order because he assumed. " we were done". Out of a table of 7, only 2 people got their food as they ordered. This was was worst dining experience that I have ever had. there was also no remedy when dealing with the management. he was just as incompetent as the kitchen and the waitstaff. Avoid at all costs!!!

Great Happy Hour pricing! I always sit at the bar, the staff is exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. The menu is typical of a top level steakhouse, and the food is very good quality and very tasty. I can hardly wait to go again!

They need to remove all the Salt shakers from the tables because the amount they use while grilling your food enough to fill Salt Lake. The beef Carpaccio was the best I've ever had, great selections of ports to have after a large steak. The atmosphere and the staff were fantastic!

  • Rick C.

Oh well...

  • Mary G.

  • Darrow R.

Best steaks in the metro area. Great staff and great customer service. Treated a friend to dinner here for their birthday and they went above and beyond an "average" dinner even though nothing about this restaurant is average, it is always beyond exceptional.

Spent so much money for a dinner that didn't wow me. The food here is good, but nothing in particular stands out from the "higher priced" steakhouse category. I tried the pork chop as it was one of their specialties, but was not that impressed.

Try the house special pork chop smoked over pecan wood for 6 hours , it's fantastic. It is a fine dinning restaurant with a comfortable atmosphere, will definitely be back.

A group of six -- all first time diners. Perry's came highly recommended. The wait staff was attentive but did not hover. Seemed to push the Perry's label of wine a little too hard. Started with the prime beef Carpaccio. Delicious and plentiful, but could have used toast points. Six people, six entree choices, six wonderful meals. Ordered three extra sides -- Brussels sprouts, grilled asparagus and au gratin potatoes, all yummy. The atmosphere was comfortable, didn't feel crowded or need a flashlight to read the menu. Had live music played at a civil volume, no need to yell across the table for conversation. If you don't mind walking, go ahead and park in the shopping center lot but the better option is to valet. Would return but only for a special occasion since it is expensive.

Loved this place. Being from Boston, we are used to some pretty great steakhouses like Del's and Abe & Louie's. Perry's did not disappoint. We went early tonight (a Saturday) and sat at the bar which was fantastic. My ribeye was amazing-I'm embarrassed to say how much I ate! The lyonnaise potatoes were delish-so much flavor, loved that they made them with scallions. They gave us enough broccoli to serve an army. Service was perfect without being pushy-very impressed. We had a great date and will certainly be back. Thank you Perry's for a wonderful dinner :)

Best Steakhouse in Denver. The hostesses are in tune with your needs, Noelle has got everything under control even in a pinch. Executive chef Joseph Zukrel is on top of his game and will solve any quandry you and your party might be in. He really helped me celebrate my birthday the right way even though I was demanding and it was short notice...thanks Dad! Brittany and Todd are the two you want to ask for.

Amazing, melt in your mouth entrees! I was thoroughly impressed. An amazing place to dine but high priced so more of an occasional thing for me. That said, some of the best pork you have ever had in addition to amazing sides, wine selection, ambiance, customer service, and brand new! I was lucky enough to be invited to see the smoker in the kitchen which is enormous and the restaurant was actually built around it. That is starting it right from the foundation up! Only gripe, don't sit too close to the wine room door as it can be rather cold if they leave it open while going in/out. Otherwise, a big fan and will definitely be back!

My family tried Perry's for a birthday dinner. We had the tuna tartar and an appetizer platter to start the tartar was great and the platter was decent, calamari was a little over cooker but over all ok. Some of us got the chopped salad and two others got the turtle soup. The turtle soup was so salty that they had to send it back and the salad was pretty good although some complaints it was over salted. Then came the steaks, they were so salty they were almost not edible, the Brussel sprouts were the same way it was so salty they were hard to eat. I even had one of their flaming desserts and thought that was salty. The manager's response was they would keep note that in the future we would like out food lightly seasoned but that this type of seasoning is "how they do it in Texas". Well considering three people at the table have lived in Texas they would like to disagree with that statement. Overall I ended up getting sick from the salt overload and left disappointed.

Just passing through Denver and went to Perry's on a recommendation from friends and had a great experience. Wait staff were spot on with attentive service and recommendations that were very complimentary. The wine list was good with some great choices and our server was helpful with descriptions and recommendations. The steaks were a bit salty but with a great wine pairing this was not a big deal. All this in comfortable surroundings - We will be back next time through town.

Pretty good restaurant. We enjoyed ourselves quite a bit. Food was quite good. Not superb, yet, but I think it will be eventually. Service was absolutely fantastic in every regard. Our waiter, Brian, did a first class job. He was very knowledgable without being stuffy. The Perry's Cabernet Sauvignon was spot on delicious. Steaks are real good but not yet real great. Decor very nice, very adult. NOISE: VERY VERY noisy. they need to find a way to tone it down. We had to almost shout throughout dinner to be heard. Very excited to have a new neighborhood steak place. We have been there twice and will continue to go, but.....they have a way to go with getting the details to the level they should be for an upscale restaurant. Please pull out my chair when being seated for our reservation. Please be sure to take everyone's order at the table. Please serve our entrees more closely to the end of salad course (not 20 minutes later) and to serve all entrees and sides at the same time. Check the table more frequently for any needs. Don't forget the gluten free menu when asked. Agree with other reviews, food is very salty, but that seems to be the "experience" at Perry's. The ceasar salad is EXCELLENT, very different flavor, with pumpkin seeds. Planning on going for lunch to do salad! Don't forget this is Bronco Country - give the piano player a night off when they are playing on a Monday night and turn the game volume on in the bar!

Got the Perry's special pork chop and was extremely disappointed. Fatty outside and dry as a bone throughout. A good steakhouse so stay w the steaks. Not Delfriscos quality but good. Wait staff was excellent but Wish I had a better food experience.
